General Info


All orders will be acknowledged. Please review the acknowledgement upon receipt and immediately advise us of ANY discrepancies. All orders will be processed by the information that appears on the acknowledgement.


All approvals, cancellations and changes must be in writing (fax or email acceptable). Firm orders which are cancelled or corrected while in process will be subject to costs incurred to date plus 5% of the order value, $10.00(Z) minimum.


Digital (vector) art created or saved in Adobe Illustrator version 11.0 or below saved as an ”ai” or ”eps” file. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Actual PMS numbers (coated colors only) must be listed for each color. Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Jpg, Bitmap, Tif or Gif files not acceptable. Factory prepared/corrected artwork and/or typesetting will be billed at minimum $50.00(V).

Die Service Charges

All tools, dies and screens are billed at factory cost for labor & material and shall remain the property of MasterCast for your use. Tooling charges are to be used as a guide. Factory will quote actual die charges after reviewing art. We reserve the right to dispose of any dies, tools or screens without notice if a period of two years has elapsed without a reorder, or we have not been notified to hold them for a longer period.

Exact Quantity Orders

Are available and will be subject to a surcharge of 5% of the order value, $10.00(Z) minimum.

Over and Underruns

All orders are subject to 7% over or under runs and will be billed accordingly.


The catalog is based upon the current price of raw materials and is subject to change based on market conditions. Such changes will be noted upon receipt of quotation or order.

Random Samples

Random samples of most items are available upon request and are provided at no charge as long as accompanied by a UPS or FedEx Express account # to use for shipping. Call before 11:00 am EST for same day sample requests.


Absolutely no returns accepted without factory authorization. All claims must be reported within 10 days of shipment.

Special Quotations

Deviations from catalog specifications or large quantities not shown in catalog, call factory. Quotations are valid 30 days.

Pre-production Samples

We strongly encourage the use of pre-production samples on all new designs. Pre-production Samples are minimum $75.00(V). All tooling, set-up and art charges may be billed upon shipping of samples or as otherwise established by factory.
Please allow 3 weeks in addition to normal production time. Returns will not be accepted, nor credit issued for any order that the customer has not approved a pre-production sample.

Additional Shipping Charges/Information


F.O.B. Rhode Island. A 25% surcharge will be added to all prepaid freight. Minimum freight charge $10.00(Z).

Split Shipments

Add $10.00(Z) per USA destination plus freight.

International Shipments

Add $15.00(Z) per location plus freight.

FedEx Ground Shipments

Must be on Receiver or 3rd Party Account Number and will incur a $15.00(Z) Service Pick-up Charge & there is no same day pick-up service.

California Shipments

We must be notified in advance of any shipment going to California and/or any product shipped elsewhere that may be distributed in California in order to ensure compliance with Proposition 65.

Illinois Shipments

We must be notified in advance of any shipment going to Illinois and/or any product shipped elsewhere that may be distributed in Illinois in order to ensure compliance with the Illinois Lead Law.


None of the products in this catalog are certified for use by children 12 years of age or younger.

Lucite® and Acrylic General Information


Prices include the cost of embedding one or two items on the same level. Prices for additional items and/or levels will be quoted upon request (QUR). Items ordered over 1000 pieces will be QUR. Sizes and shapes other than those listed in this catalog will be QUR.

Customer supplied items will be embedded at customer's sole risk and expense. Please supply minimum 10% more items than quantity ordered.

Pre-production Samples

Factory suggests customer's approval of a pre-production sample. The sample will normally be sent within 5 – 7 working days from receipt of order and completed artwork. Samples are minimum $75.00(V). All artwork, typesetting and screen charges to prepare the sample are billed and are not rebateable. Returns will not be accepted, nor credit issued for any order that the customer has not approved a pre-production sample.


Screens will be held for a maximum of 6 months.


Contact factory for 4 color process printed cards & photo cards. Customer supplied paper inserts must be printed on 10 pt coated stock with wax free, alcohol proof, heat resistant, permanent pigment inks.

Lucite® Dimensions

Finished sizes may vary slightly due to the shrinkage of Lucite® and the fact that all items are handmade. Most dimensions are +/- 1/8”.

PMS Color Matches

Factory will match colors as close as possible. Exact PMS matches are not available in the Lucite® process.


Standard items are individually polybagged and most are gift boxed. Two piece gift boxes are QUR. Keytags, coasters, and letter openers are polybagged and bulk packed.
