  Personalizations: $4.00(R) per name plus one screen charge of $65.00(V) per twenty-four single line personalizations.
  Colored Backgrounds and Bottoms: 1/4” thick $0.70(V) per sq. inch, over 1/4” add 25% of Lucite® cost.
  Beveled Edges: $0.15(T) per linear inch.
  Cut Corners: $1.10(T) per Lucite® piece.
  Pre-production Samples: Minimum $75.00(V) plus all applicable screen and set-up charges.
